Welcome!

Life is experienced in relationship. Experiencing interpersonal and relational conflict is a shared human experience and it occurs at all stages of life. It is not an indicator that we are weak and unworthy, but a reminder that we are human.

I am passionate about helping individuals and couples learn how to create better relationships. I help you explore areas that are no longer working for you and identify new ways to experience the connection you desire, honoring both who you are as an individual and who you are as a partner.

Freedom is experienced when we utilize our personal power to make different choices and effect change. If things in your life are no longer working for you, let me help guide you in taking those first steps.
