Payment
I accept cash, check, HSA/FSA cards and all major credit cards. Payment is expected on the date of service.
Insurance
I do not contract with any insurance companies and Out of Network. If you would like to use your Out of Network benefits, I can provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company. I recommend checking with your insurance provider about your plan details for reimbursement, including whether must first meet a deductible and if there are any restrictions on coverage for couple therapy. I am happy to provide you my NPI, UBI and Tax ID number to tell your insurance provider.
If financial concerns are a barrier to seeking the help you need, please reach out and I’ll see how I can best support you.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please cancel with at least 48 hours notice to avoid being charged the full session rate.
